Sir I have purchased a jiofi on 29-8-16 at reliance digital(cmr centrel) visakhapatnam on the same time they gave me a sim with out any number on it (blank sim) same time my documents were also submitted as per reliance digital documents were uploaded on 30-8-2016,as per telephonic conversation (18008901977) documents were not uploaded so whether it may be activate my sim and allot number too my alter no is 9959799038.

Sir, I bought a jiofi (router) on 27/08/16 after paying Rs 2899 just to get a jio sim. Although I got the sim for “free”, it has not been activated yet. I have not received any verification call from jio either on my contact number provided. My jio sim no is 7019052650
