I gave my micromax X325 mobile smartphone in service center at Mansarovar Complex, Hosngabad road, Bhopal on 24th august, 2013 which is in under warrenty(1year from 21st feb,2013) but from that date to till 4th oct,2013 the problem is not resolved. and at last the service center gave me only one receipt that is the receipt note on 4/10/2013 with the dead phone. and my job sheet no/request no is R1301FMP5783551 and the IMEI no is 911253650277083

What can be done when the company’s service center itself refuses to repair the phones and cellular service providers such as Aircel are shaking hands with the same without looking into the problems of the low cost cheap phones micromax sells to consumers.
