Whirlpool air conditioner – No Customer Service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I bought a new whirlpool air conditioner on 17th of may 2015,which was 1.5 ton 3D cooling silver DLX 3star. it was installed in the same evening. After 2months it stopped cooling my room for long and stopped automatically, on 13th august i noticed that the fan was not working. I called the customer service executive and told him the same. My complain no. 9295 .He came on 14th august and specified that the motor of the fan is not working and it has to be changed.after 2 holidays of 15th august and sunday they promised to change the motor on monday, whereas they refused for the same when i called them saying they do not have motor in there stores and will be able to change the motor now after 3 working days.after 6days of waiting they came to change the motor and this time they said they have bought the wrong motor and went away.I am really surprised at such behavior of a brand like yours, this is very unsatifactory and sad that after complaining about a motor and waiting for the full week your service centre’s are unable to look into my case properly, that too my AC is just 2months old. I request you to please look into this case seriously and fix my AC as early as possible.
