A lady from their office called me from Tel.No. +911166481666 at 3pm on July 8, 2013. She promised to send an email to me certifying, “M/S xxxxxxxx are our authorized agents. You may make payment by cheque to these agents for Annual Maintenance Contract, which payment will be treated as payment made to us, and contract papers provided by us to you”. I called her after two days and her secretary promised the email will be sent in a day or two. The email is still awaited.

I cannot proceed to settle my bill from their agents..
