Whirlpool – faulty product no provision of brand replacement

Dear Sir/Madam, Last month, on 1st June 2013, I purchased a whirlpool fridge (RF292L IC305FCGB4) from Croma center. But since last one week I am facing problem in the bottom door of the fridge. Actually the bottom door is very loose and it is not getting closed. I sent a complaint to whirlpool company as a result of that a service engineer (Mr. Husain)came to resolve my problem. He tried to work out the problem by 2-3 hours but he was unsuccessful Finally, he put a remarks on his ‘complaint job form’ that it is not possible to correct the door problem in the fridge and so it is needed to replace the model. But now company is saying that there is no provision of brand replacement. Since it is only one months after purchasing the model, I am very disappointed and having bad experience regarding to the whirlpool customer service response. I am requesting to you to please consider my problem and send a notice to the company regarding to my problem. Thanks & Regards Shivanand Mishra Scientist, Under Ministry of Defense, Bangalore

I called to company customer service person so many times but they are not resolving my problem. The product i purchased just one month back so it is in warranty period only.
