I have purchased whirlpool white-magic top loading washing machine (fully automatic) in Feb 2012 from Reliance digital store. After installation of the machine i am facing problem one after another. In Aug 2012 machine started giving problem (withing 6 months), when I contacted reliance they have replaced the digital control panel and machine started working. Again May 2013 it started giving problem and I again called the reliance store. This time they replaced digital panel again. I have escalated this to whirlpool India but by the time they sent a technician problem was fixed with part replacement and there was no assurance that how long this will work. Again in March 2014 it stopped again and since then except email reply i am not getting a good support from Whirlpool. this product is faulty from day 1 but they are not taking any corrective action for this.
I want this machine to be replaced with a new one or i want my money back with interest.
