Whirlpool Fridge – Faulty Product – Customer Care Review

Complaint # MB0714004503 under name of Divya Bhatia (My Wife), the fridge is faulty and has to be replaced since 07/08/2014 and it has been more than 2 weeks but there is no response not even a call from the company every time i call i only get one response sir it will take 2 or 3 days model is out of stock I’m unable to store anything at home since there is no fridge and due to which i eat outside and have fallen sick, who will bear my medical bills and this mental harassment of paying for the fridge and yet having no fridge.

Stomach Infection due to eating outside food, Mental Harassment of everyday follow up with company, increasing phone bills, food biils for everyday for eating outside, Medical expenses,
