MY whirlpool fridge had stopped working on 10th June 14. So I launched a complaint at service centre on 11th June 14 with Complaint No. MB0614006003. On the same the service executive comes and said that a part has to be replaced, So we agreed on the same and he says that he will come day after with new part. But from since that day no one is coming and on every call to their office they provide a reason that part is not available we had order it from factory and it will reach to us in next 2 days. But till after 15 days they had not getting the part and same reason is provided by their regional managers also. Even after a 15 days of complaint my fridge is not in working position. And company service centre executives are making fool to us by telling part is coming in 2 days every time.
I want my fridge to be repaired as early as possible. And no other person should suffer like this
