Sir I have purchased Whirlpool high end washing machine 1273 sports model from more mega stores Thane. As per website extend warranty was applicable on this model but company official are denying for extended warranty for last two years and charging hefty amount towards replacement. I have paid more than Rs 10,000 towards replacement of this machine in 2 years still this machine is not working . This company is cheating by providing false information on website and denying to issue extended warranty.

Either machine should be replaced or repaired
