This is with reference to the Refrigerator bought by us on 15th April 2011. Serial no. INA101802456 code 100426 Whirpool Mastermind double door. The Refrigerator suddenly stopped working on switching off the power. It worked only for 2 years 6 months. We called up the call centre. Post confirmation the Engineer was send however he says the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) got damaged which could be because of power fluctuation. On highlighting that it had the feature of inbuilt stabilizer, he said what is highlighted as feature does not always work.
