i have been requesting repair of my whirlpool fridge since 1st of July and the service people have not been able to repair it til date. On 13th August, I was told that the fridge cannot be repaired as it had internal leakage and the unit needs to be replaced. After that i was informed that i would be offered 50% depreciation of the fridge and would need to pay the remaining amount in case i buy a new fridge from whirlpool. I wanted a complete repair or a full value refund for the fridge as the problem is neither electrical nor caused by mishandling at my end and can only be because of sub-standard machinery.
i want a full value refund for my refrigerator and do not want a replacement now from whirlpool as i have lost all faith in the brand, its products and their service professional
