I Arindam Das had got the gift of fridge from my aunt Mrs. Sibani Roy. Maker Whirlpool,20711100003424. Model No-195 GENIUS ROYAL 4S WINE ORCHID,7003526141903999. Purchased date was 25/05/2014. On 4th October’14 fridge was not working, not getting cooled and not making ice also. I had lodged a complaint on 05/10/2014 by making call at customer care and the complaint number is KL1014000672. On 06/10/2014 visited by company engineer, and decide that his senior will visit next. On 07/10/2014 senior engineer had visited and told that had to replaced the compressor. Compressor was totally faulty and as per the engineer compression got faulty due to voltage fluctuation and had suggested to bought Power Safe Guard from Whirlpool which price Rs.1850. Next day on 08/10/201 another engineer visited to replace the compressor. As per this engineer, deep fridge having small hole. For this reason compressor was faulty and it was out of warranty and will report as tampered. Why should we tampered where it was in warranty period and It’s manufacturing defect as I know. From the date of purchased deep fridge was filled with heavy ice.

I wants total replacement of the fridge or refund of money which was paid approx Rs.13000.
