I m buying a matrix men black and red sandals at price 315 on dated-29/7/2014(delivery date) from homeshop18.com the online shopping site. But i request homeshop18.com for exchange the sandals no 9 to 10.Then after 1 month they told me that there are no 10 numbers sandels so they are agreed to refund my purchasing cash amount of rs 315 in terms of cheque. But till near about 2.5 months have passed i have not received any type of refund cheque. please see the matter closely. thank you
