I ported my mobile number(7259599xxx) from vodafone to airtel about 10 months ago. From that time I am facing many problems. An unknown number (9663999xxx) is being added into my account along with my number. So, i am getting the bill for both the numbers. I contacted the Shimoga airtel office where i ported the number. They are not removing the unknown number from my account. From past 10 months i am contacting the airtel office to pay the bill corresponding only to my number (7259599xxx). I also gave complaint in airtel customer care many times (There are 5 complaints i raised). Until now i have not got any response on these complaints. I am very unsatisfied with the service the airtel is providing

I want the due amount towards the the unknown number to be cleared from my account. The number must be removed from the account. I want the extra fee i paid to be recovered and compensation needed.
