A clear case of lack of communication, service attitude and misbehavior by sales staff at company Vodafone Store @ Nirman Vihar, Delhi 110092 Ms Indu & Mr Manik who have migrated my no’s from Vodafone Store @ Nirman Vihar Delhi 110092 are not trained enough to educate customer about migration ? They confirmed it will take 48 to 72 hrs for postpaid migration, which i am comfortable but they never informed that my Prepaid SIM will stop working, now please answer how a customer will manage his important calls during this migration from prepaid to postpaid

Want to Migrate / Port my number to Airtel Have paid a refundable postpaid connection security of Rs 250 each paid for both of my connections which i want Vodafone to return so that i can port my numbers I don’t want to deal with this company because of their arrogance and insensitivity
