Tikona Broadband Services – Failed to provide services

Dear Team, I am writing to register a complaint against Tikona Broadband Services, who are asking me to pay bill for a Full monthly cycle for which they failed to provide services to me. Let me explain this issue in Bullet points: >I had connection with Billing Period of from 26th to 25th of a month >I Raise a disconnection request around 27th June. >After raising the Request due to technical Problem Internet connection stopped working after 1st July (Mid night 12:30am 2nd July) >I called customer care on the above time and they said, “there is some technical issue and our engineer will visit and check. So here it is confirmed that my request is registered >I followed up and kept chasing for the above ticket But as the disconnection request is raised it seems like nobody is willing to attend this request. >on 17th July agent visited but took all the items of company under disconnection request. >On 19th July i received a full and final settlement asking to pay Rs 786 for full billing cycle of 25th June to 26th July. >I raised a the question enclosed in below email that i used internet from 26th June to 30th June i.e. And your company is unable to resolve technical issue raised from 1st July until 17th then how i am liable to pay full monthly amount >This is completely a fraud. How can they force me to pay an such amount for providing 4 days services Whenever I try to resolve this issue with them they never heard anything from my end. They always say you are no more our customer and you have to pay the full amount. Once they called me and asked to pay Rs600 then again they called me to remove my Current internet connection and apply back for Tikona then they will think about the previous amount waiver. ? Now recently they started forcing me to pay asking that If I do not pay I will have to go through legal proceedings and will be fined Rs: 30000 to 40000?. I can’t believe they doing this just because I am no more there customer I have raised every issues on time to Tikona but they are the one who never responded and still I am the one who will be fined just because i rejected to continue there services. So before they create any issue for non-payment i want to raise this as unjustified Full n Final as using internet for 4 days does not liable me to pay for full month even when company failed to provide services. I am also attaching consumer charter of Tikona in which they clearly saying if they are unable to resolve the problem the customer is not liable to pay bill (Page 26-27) please provide me an email address where i can forward my email proofs of chasing as i am unable to attach here Please help me I am not liable to pay even a single Rupee still I am forced for legal proceedings just because I don’t have any lawyer who can help me. I have all the emails raised for the issues and asking for their response but never got any response from them.

No more blackmailing to pay any amount for which i am not liable to pay. Close this case. if they think i am liable to pay then take me to jail and do whatever they want to do. Will still not pay because this is a clear fraud playing with customers through their hidden T&C not even shared
