I have whirlpool washing machine and a refrigerator of on the name of Nitu Singh, contact number 9810287428. I am continuously complaining about the washing machines agitator and fridges door which is not getting fixed from more than 5 years now. Whirlpool service center engineers in Dwarka visited many times and has changed all the parts to fix the issue of agitator; they charged me heavily for each visit for the same problem and gave assurance that it will not come next time. But problem remained as is. They(Support center in Dwarka) also took payments for some other devices and services for washing machine and refrigerator which they never delivered. I called on their number again and again, and they assured that the center head will be resolving my issue and will talk to me soon. Already many months passed but didn’t received any call from him neither the issue is resolved. Finally I called Whirlpool office, now they are asking for more many as time has lapsed and old bill is not valid now. Kindly suggest what I should be doing now.

I want my damages to be paid by Whirlpool 1. to buy new washing machine of other brand which cost around 40000/- 2. I shell get all my money paid back to me from whirlpool which I paid to dry cleaners and maid for cleaning of my cloths. 250000/-
