Who messed Airtel Customer Care Systems – IBM ?

Airtel Broadband is lately known for ripping of customers with empty promises.

DSL Broadband went down on Sunday Afternoon. Phone was also dead. I had to call the customer care from my mobile and it takes all the inputs for 1 minute – Landline Number, Problem etc etc After that Customer Care answers your call and his first question was Sir, what is the number that requires service ??? [jeez!!! damm it you guys you waste my time and money taking all the inputs and once again ask what is the Landline Number for which I require assistance ?] I had to tell everything again then verify Address, Date of Birth etc…

I wonder if his is the quality of Telecom Systems IBM / Other Developers is building for Airtel or is it the Engineers at Airtel who have messed up ? When will you ever improve your customer care and do what it really means ???????

Empty Promise of rectifying system within 4 hours or a refund of Rs 100 in the Bill. My complaint was fixed only after 24 hours and when I asked for Rs 100 credit, the call center guy washed off his hands saying its the billing department which has to be contacted. F**k You Airtel!!!!
