Sir, I have coolpad note 3 phone, and my mobile no.is 9560XX3089 which is registered my Jio app. state-Delhi. My jio barcode is 555823 73219. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim

I had generated the JIO coupon code on 14/10/16, 11.30 am and my coupon code is 55562987823 and i contacted the nearest K.Pudur Digital store mini, Madurai-625007, TAMILNADU by 1.30 pm (Approx) to get the JIO sim. But it was not possible and i was informed that it has been issued already. Hence let me know how it was issued without submitting Aadhar card proof by me? and I request New JIO Coupon code may be issued to my mobile no: 9159825737. and the culprits should be punished.
