Hello , I got the sim on 20/8/2016 and until today my jio sim card isn’t activated. I tried calling the customer care number of jio , they said that there is no record found in my name and sim no.Most probably,area office of our region,Sivasagar Town,Assam(785640) has not submitted documents to head office yet. So,I request u to activate my sim # 70028 09889. Alternate no. is 7086307146. Please solve my issue at an earliest. Thank You. Regards Javed

I have bought the jio sim on 25th of august, 2016 but still now my connection has not been started. My order no NO000005C27H was sent to me by sms on 31st august 2016. When my connection will be connected?
