Dear sir, I would like to bring to your notice that I can’t make a call to Pakistan using my Airtel number, though I can easily make a call to the same number in Pakistan using my Tata Docomo and BSNL numbers. I never had this kind of problem earlier with my Airtel sim, and I keep calling that number in Pakistan every now and then, but since yesterday evening I haven’t been able to get through to that number in Pakistan, although I can still make calls easily to any other country. Whenever I try to call that number, the only message that I hear from the Pakistani side is ” this number is not in use”, while at the same time when I call the same number using my BSNL or Tata Docomo sim, I easily get connected and there is no problem at all. Because of this problem I tried to get in touch with your customer service executives at least five or six times, but first of all they couldn’t give any satisfactory answer or explanation for this problem and secondly they just kept me waiting on the pretext of putting me through to a senior technical officer and after a while the call got disconnected.
In short , despite my best efforts to get this problem sorted out hoping that Airtel happens to be the most trusted and preferred service provider in India, nothing came off and my problem is still there as it was and I really don’t know what to do , and who to contact next so that this problem is solved at the earliest. One more thing that I would like to mention here is that I got my BSNL number 9412451170 ported to Airtel last year as I was under the impression that I was porting my number to the best service provider in India because I was sick of facing such problems when I was a BSNL customer, but unfortunately Airtel proved to be the same. I therefore request you to look into this matter urgently and resolve it at the earliest so that the trust that I put in Airtel remains intact. Looking forward to an early solution to my problem.
