Why Airtel Mobile Network Signal Problems are not Solved ?

Hi, I am a subscriber of Airtel prepaid connection since 2004. I am from chennai. My number is 9840575119. I moved to my present address in 2009 and ever since I have been having network issues. My problem is that the signal drops off completely inside my Office. I have to run out of my office to either make or receive calls. I have made several complaints to airtel and every time they come back and say that my area is adequately covered. Now, the network issue has worsened and there is absolutely no signal inside my office. As a consumer, I have all the rights to have network connectivity, and I pay for their service. I have made many complaints to airtel with absolutely no action from their side… Looking forward for some action fro your side. I am also planning to file a case in the consumer court, just giving a try before I do that.
