I have asked the service provider to change my present data pack(949) to 699 pack several times but they are saying requested pack (699) does not exist. However, it is still displayed in their website. This is an important issue and i want justice .. please see the attached supporting documents for all the details.
I am a subscriber of airtel for a long time and i have asked for a plan change mulple time time but without result. They are unwilling to change the plan after repeated request. Hence, i am paying almost double the amount of money that is actually required. Please look into the issue.
