I have a Airtel Bihar no 9031XX3910 where 3G coverage is available almost all major cities(As on website and Customer care also confirm). My complain is that I always activate a 3G plan and sometimes night internet packs also and when I use this Airtel 3G Internet for better Speed but they switch the Network In 2G mode where I get the speed in bytes very slow speed even I pay for 3G packs I get 2G speed. They advertise that ‘ In 3G circle you get speed 2 Mbps but we get speed in 10 bytes to 15 kbps. They also debit amount from main balance even if I have enough net packs available in account . very poor customer service they behave very roughly I want my all money back approx ?500 then I port to others networks Please take Serious action on Airtel
