Croma Sold Faulty Lenovo Laptop

I bought Lenovo y50 70 laptop from croma on 5/2/15 after few days i found some screws on the bottom of the laptop were missing my laptop is under on site warranty after calling the lenovo support for a week they did not provide me any support so i had to visit a leonovo sevice center named Hi Tech informatic in bangalore where they told me they don’t have screws so nothing could be done they mailed to lenovo about my problem but its been more than two weeks i haven’t received any reply. Now where the screws been missing the body of laptop is cracking.

Couldn’t work with the laptop for few weeks resulting in loss of valuable time and had to find other resources. Replacement of laptop and apology from lenovo for bad service.
