Dear Madam/Sir, How come you close a complaint of a customer without even consulting or informing the complainant (customer), You get a mail by a online retailer Flipkart (They didn’t even send a invoice for my last mobile phone purchase from them in spite of several requests) who has supplied a mobile phone with a manufacturing defect made by Samsung. The product has a warranty of 1 year.
Lots of time & money wasted, time & again carrying the phone to the Samsung Service Centre & calling them by phone. I want my money back with compensation.
