I ordered an item through amazon.in with ORDER # 402-7362981-911150 on 4th Dec with seller “Store_Electronica”.The item was expected to reach be before 16th Dec.I contacted the seller multiple time and always got a reply that delivery will be made in two days,its already dispatched etc etc.When i contacted amazon customer care they initiated process to get the money back.

I didnt get the item for which i paid on 4th dec and now after multiple calls and many mails now amazon is telling me that i will get my money back in 5-7 days. This is totally unfair.I lost my money/time/ and need to consider the stress that i had to undergo in these days .
