I have purchased a Samsung NP-RV-411-S01IN 39cms from Juhu Croma Store, at the time of purchase i had done warranty extension for the same, i was told that if the product was not able to be repaired i would be given replacement or money back for the same. Now since last 4 months i have been visiting continuously to F1 solutions official repair partners for Croma Warranty Extension. And they are not able to repair my laptop. It has effected my work. I had not expected this kind of service from TATA Brand which is universally know brand. I want to file an official complaint against the company for False commitments and cheating. If this is the kind of service provided by the company then i would never purchase any product from the company and in fact would not even reccomend it to any one in future.
