I purchased Micromax cell phone in Feb, 2014. Just after 2 month of use its charger stop working, i went to service center but the representative told me charger is out of stock, so you have to wait. I continued follow up for 6 week but i can’t get charger. Then it’s battery stop working and has the backup for only 90 minutes. I reached to faridabad service center for battery replacement, they straight forward refuse to change. Then Gurgaon service center replaced with old battery after 35 days follow up. Now this time this phone stops working, and it restarts up automatically, i visit to Gurgaon center five times everyday, every time they format the phone and handover to me. Finally i submitted the phone 20 days back but i din’t get the phone. Some times they told me that phone is in transit, then some time they told me you will get the phone tomorrow. But till date i didn’t get the phone.

I don’t want to use this model any more. Company should replace this model with new one.
