Sir, I purchased a reliance netconnect device, number 9342999xx from Forward Solutions Bangalore in July 2013 Their email id is forwardsolutionsindia@gmail.com The person who was the marketing executive was Rhitesh, RITHESH | FORWARD SOLUTIONS 9590926999 The device did not work from day #1. I paid Rs 2648 for the device. Since it did not work I asked them for a reimbursement and have those emails also. They did not give a reimbursement saying it is sold on outright basis while they have a warranty card inside for it. Then i took it up with DOT and they too did nothing about it. THen they sent me a bill of Rs 1535 for usage when i have not even been able to use it! Then they said if you do not pay up this it will go into litigation. I paid up this amount and now writing to you to get them to reimburse this as well as the device amount and pay me compensation for harassing a customer like this.
