Bought ASUS LAPTOP from Flipkart.com Order OD30531019 7067937000 Order Date: 23-02-2016 and I received it on 1st March, 2016. Ever since then I am facing trouble and the laptop is hanging along with camera problem and apps are not working ALSO laptop has been format 4 times and still causing problem

I could not work with the new laptop and its keep hanging and windows 10 gets automatically reset after every crash I submitted replacement or return request to FLIPKART on 6th March but they didn’t contact and again I submitted another complaint on 8th March and today on 9th March they called and said it will take 3-4 working days for our technical team to contact you. I want that Flipkart either Replace or grant me refund for the Faulty Laptop
