Hi, This is regarding my mobile porting to Reliance recently.I am facing multiple issue related to this and quite disappointed and frustrated. My mobile number 96509XX004 was ported to Reliance on 30th December 2015 and after that It was working fine till 4th January 2016. My address verification was pending which was never performed till date and After 4th Jan my Incoming and Outgoing was barred and currently above number is in Inactive state. Points here to be keep in mind: 1. Portability offer was provided over telemarketing. 2. Reliance Sim was delivered at my home address. 3. I don’t have any information from which Reliance store/Dealer the Sim was Issued. 4. I have raised many complaints to the customer care but, there was no proper response provided till date. 5. Customer care asked me to visit other Reliance store to re-initiate the address re-verification process and I visited the same with my documents but, they also didn’t accept it. 6. I have tried various people the Sourcing person(Porting offer), Person called for Address Verification and customer care but, no body is giving proper response or helping. Date of complaint: 05-Jan-2016 and 08-Mar-2016 Apart from this I approached the service provider again on 06-Feb-2016 and they commited me that the address re verification will be performed again in 2-3 days and you will get a call before the person will come for verification.(The reason behind is that I live alone in my house and to they need my presence for verification). Kindly look into the same urgently and advice as it’s been more than 2 months now and my number is in inactive state which is causing me loss on mental and financial front.
