Samsung Refrigerator Door Falls Down

I bought a Samsung Fridge RT32CDUX on November 05th, 2011 and the door has been giving problem since April 2015. I have complaint to the Brand and they cannot replace the door because the part is not available with them. They do not want to keep the inventory because it cost them and the customer is facing problem. I have ask the brand to make the part available or replace me the product with a new product. The brand can only pay 10% of the cost and nothing more.

I have been staying in Mumbai Heat since last 15 days without a refrigerator and have been struggling to get a response from the Samsung office. After calling them so many times they have been sitting ideal. I need them replace the door for which I accepted to pay the money but since they do not have the part available in India they are not ready to do anything.

I need a replacement of the part that is damaged or provide me with a new refrigerator of same capacity.
