Spectranet Broadband Connection not Shifted to New House

I have shifted mu house on 29th Feb and requested spectranet my existing broadband dealer to do the same on 27-28th Feb. I paid them Rs 1000 in advance on 29th Morning for the same as per their requirement. They told this will be done in 3-5 days max by 3rd Mar.However I am still waiting for the same. Whenever I called them they always feel apologized and said it will be resolved in 3 hours and they have put my request on priority. To my agony no one from ‘spectranet” even called me till date. I have written more than 10 mails to them without reply. Whenever I tried to call customer care I hanged up phone after 3o mins of listening to the ladies voice there for last 3 days. Such a poor customer service. Now I want my 1000 Rs + Advance package charges that I have paid to Spectranet since 29th feb.

I have not only lost my time to follow these non responsive company but I have to sit back late in office to do work which I could from home for which I took this connection. My wife’s online share trading business has taken a big hit with huge monetary loss which we can not count I could not pay my electricity bill on time which I pay online.

I want my 1000 rs + Advance package charges that I have paid to Spectranet since 29th feb. Other monetary and time losses I can not monetize and at least have lost 2 potential customers which could have fetched me Rs 10000 PM brokerage.
