Everyone thought that Sony is the good brand and for servicing across the country. But in imphal the servicing center is trying to loot from the customer. I have brought one sony led 32″ on 13.2.2016 and went to servicing center on 27.2.2016 for wall mount installation however one of the staff told me that they are busy for more than one month for installation so that they give the bracket to us by talking signature and torn half of the warranty coupon. After that on 6/3/2016 I talk to you toll free no. About the case and providing request id 31017682 and sony cc executive told me that they will come in my place for installation. on 7/3/2016 I got a call from sony servicing center imphal informing that they will take a charge for installation if we give they will come. When I argue with him he told me that the warrany coupon has been torn so it will take charge. So if they are not free for more than one months then how they told me if we give charge they are ready to come. ( the warranty coupon has been torn and handover the bracket to us without explaining now demanding for extra charges) The staffs of servicing center are misguiding to the customer and trying the way to charge extra amount. I fill same to sony company for not controlling properly to yours servicing center imphal. Now one local electician is hire and installed by charging 500 rupess.
