Why I Rate Naaptol.Com Online Shopping as Fraud Company ?

Naaptol is such a fraud company, with no response and solution to its customer. I ordered 36 Jewels Gold Plated Necklace Set with Maang Tikka (Golden) – MJ105 worth 578 INR, the picture showed was totally different to the product received. And that was not all, it was broken with the rusted ends, I requested a reverse pick-up and exchange for the product. But its been 15 days, that I keep hearing “Ma’am your complaint has been forwarded, we will get back to you soon”.. Bloody shit solution they are providing, When called for 3rd time, they stopped answering my calls, so I tried with a different number and the call was picked, finally they provided me with the blue dart courier service number, but the number is never answered, it goes busy all day, the no. is 0141-5191900, and I can assure that the number will go all day busy as I had tried.When called at 7:15 in the evening, a person picked the call, and provided me with the mobile number, which was going switched off the very next hour.

Naaptol people had no solution again for this also, this is harassment to the customer to keep trying to call blue dart person, and no one answers and on the other hand, Naaptol people are also so helpless as if the courier person will kill them for picking up the product. I uses other online shopping sites also, but touchwood, never faced such problem with ridiculous answers. recently I have ordered a product from Zivame, and exchanged the product because of size, with no efforts from my side, the product was picked from my home, just at a call. This a called a service to its customers, rather harassing them with stupid answers. I would suggest to all, to not to go for Naaptol for online shopping.
