This is related to my Idea Mobile Bill, Dated 20 Feb 2015,My billing Cycle is 20 to 19 of the Month, My Plan got Changed on my will on 3rd of Feb, Company Changed my Plan, but charged me with extra 2276 Rupees in the name of prorated Internet charges, this was not communicated to me while my plan was changed, when I got my complain to local Idea authorities in Idea office Rajnagar Ghaziabad, they not only refused to entertain my complain but also misbehaved with me.

I am paying my regular bills without delay from years, but this time they charged me with extra 2276 INR, also misbehaved with me. This is second time in three months that have been charged heavily. Also the officials threatened me to drag me to court if I do not pay the bill to them, also they told me that I can nit change my service provider as well.

Please help me in recovering my money, I have payed there bill so that I can change to new service provider, This has impacted me mentally as well. I need my 2276 INR as well as my fuel expanses.
