Last one month I am writing and calling to customer service on raising the complaint to fix the dish properly to view the channels along with the refund of the amount is deducted unnecessarily. Till now I have not got any solution for your end.

For non response and action delay plus wrong charging and non available of services. I shall update the progress on this. I have lost the election news, results, PM function along with IPL games.

Now the TATA sky offer is available at 2000 k with all the charges for a year …I request you to refund the amount along with the compensation of Rs. 5000/- urgently ( 2500 charged now +100 existing balance) with in two days with out delay. Total of 7600/- amount only

I have also reached to local BIG TV person at Bangalore and he himself told me that the concern channel partner is not ready to do and we are helpless you can try with your own local network. I have also tried to reach local technician who can help, then they were also telling that we will charge of Rs. 500/-.We have paid to BIG TV also

I have already discussed with my friend about this, then he suggested to go for the consumer forum. Sorry I dont have any other option to go for this and quit from your services.
