Dear Sir, With reference to the above subject, I had managed to get two sim cards of Reliance Jio on 29/08/2016. The Sim numbers are 07016 191089 / 070162 92459. These Sims were then activated on 11/09/2016. As per the “PREVIEW OFFER”, I should get to access free Unlimited 4G Data till December 2016. But after surfing of 2GB, I am getting a massage that ” You have exhausted your account balance / Credit Limit – Prepaid User / Recharge & Postpaid Users /Recharge”. I had called the customer care no. “198” about 15-20 times, but I didn’t got a single response from your end. I would like to know, when I will get free 4G data till December 2016????? Is Reliance making fool in name of Free 4G data till December 2016 to all!!!

I have purchased Jio SIM and activated on 5-9-2016 but my jio sim not unlimited data company msg me your 2 GB data is used and then my internet is stopped my no. is (009098243)

Update: Reliance Jio disconnects all 4G LTE broadband Downloads if you use more than 2GB of Data within 24 Hours. So if it is FREE doesn’t mean you can clog the networks as you like.
