Spoken to customer care, first told that problem will be solve in a days, now say i have to change my SIM. approch to Digital Xpress mini, No. 33, DLF South Square, Sarojini Nagar, Delhi 110023, Delhi. Representative refuse to change with bluntly and arrogantly citing reason , no form supply. advice

I port my vodofone no. 9873606343 into jio. It got ported i was using jio sim in lenevo A6000. But after few weeks my phone get stolen and my jio sim too. So i went to service center to get the duplicate sim. They said first to suspend my previous sim which has been stolen. I done it and my suspension number is (CO ooooo03vv7 ) After that they took my documents Aadhar card, Online F.I.R copy of police and photo.And they give me sim. And said it will get activate within two day. But it has been two weeks still not activate. I went to service center again and told my problem they said but your no. Is active.
