I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 model in june and your company is offering reliance jio sim on this model also. I have generated code through installing the jio app and have the validity till 24 Aug i.e. tomorrow.
I visited Reliance digital express store many times but they always make an excuse that sim is not available or server problem. I request you to please extend my validoty period as I will not be able to enjoy the service provided by your company and be a part of reliance family. Looking forward for your corporation..
