Why Jio Post-Paid subscribers must Recharge ?

Being Jio post paid no 7006XX2951 received frequent message to immediately recharge my no. otherwise services will be barred. Your call centre informed that as of now we don’t have any plan for post paid no’s so don’t recharge it is meant fr pre-paid users.

Received message regarding Rs 309 recharge daily till this date. fearing my service will be discontinued, recharged my jio no with Rs 309 online via jio.net.(recipt attached)

My out going was barred the next day i recharged my no. fr which i raised service request id SR00000VOKZ. To my surprise same couldn’t be resolved till date fr unknown reasons.

I contacted your exectives 6-7 times, chatted online via myjio app, mailed to jiocare(along with my jio payment details attached) -ALL INVAIN

7TH JUNE

Was told to again recharge with inr 309 & within 48 hrs same will be resolved. But to my surprise this too was digested with ease and my service still hanged in between till date

KINDLY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ON PRIORITY OR REVERSE MY CR. AMT OF INR 618/- SO THAT I CAN DISCARD YOUR SERVICE AND RELIEVE MY SELF FROM YOUR CUSTOMER FRIENDLY APPROACH. Payment history
