I submit my phone ‘karbonn smart a10‘ for servicing on dec-13-2014 at karbonn service center ‘smart technologies kochi’. It’s been around 3 months since i submit the phone.i did contact them several times during this period and they are cheating consumers without giving any proper attention. My phones warranty is about to expire on mar-18-2015.i did contact their regional manager(bijesh-9526986233)several times and he is not giving any positive response. It’ll be too late if i left this irresponsibility continue until my warranty expires.

My phones warranty will expire on on mar-18-2015.phone has ‘touch panel fault’.i’ll need to spend huge amount if the warranty expires. I need my phone properly serviced or get me a new phone.
