Why Lenovo Sold Defective Zuk Z1 Mobile ?

My family ordered Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile to be gifted for my birthday. It was handed over to me packed after around 7 days. When I started using it, I found that the earphone jack slot was too small to support any earphones. I went to service center and they said that replacement period is over and now I have to submit this mobile to service center to get the things done. The part was replaced and fixed after 20 days and repeated calls to service center and mails to lenovo support. Both of them not cooperative. They don’t respond to mails and calls. This is clearly the issue of defective mobile as I cannot squeeze the jack slot. I would like to have refund (preferrably because I had bitter experience with lenovo team and don’t want to go through same procedure in future) or replacement of my mobile.
