Dear Sir/ Ma’am, I had booked international ticket with make my trip on 2nd march 2015.the flight was scheduled for 4 pm departure from Goa, the place from where i would be traveling.it was confirm ticket and they sent me the itinerary and my e ticket also after i made online payment. but after few days on 19th march i got email from them saying there is change is flight timing and the first flight time is changed from 4 pm to 8 am early morning same day departure, however since it was connecting flight i mean not direct flight and second flight was very late means after halt of more than 10 hours because of this time change and i was alone lady traveler so i told them to arrange evening flight and with less time gap between two flights as it was originally when i had booked. so make my trip said they will arrange same and get back to me after that they were only replying that we are trying to contact the airlines that is oman airlines but they are not responding so this excuse they gave me every time so i followed up called them almost everyday to check the status but they gave me same answer for more than two weeks then finally on 7th April i found oman air goa office no from different source and they gave me proper answer and they said they will change and give me another ticket if i want on same day and they gave me also but that ticket of same morning time not evening time so i told them that it is not possible for me to take morning flight as its not possible for me to reach and travel alone when its dark early morning and even my husband and family dint allow, so they only suggested make my trip and also oman air that i should take refund and book another ticket if i want as they don’t have evening time flight anymore. so i told oman air to arrange for my refund but they said that since you have booked your ticket through make my trip agents then you will have to take refund from them only means you tell them to contact us directly as we cannot help you directly. then i called make my trip same day on 7th April and told them that i spoke to oman air myself and they said this to me so finally they took some action and told me that you will get your refund soon. then they also showed me that they have initiated the process by updating same on my profile on their website. it was mentioned by 14th April ill receive my refund in my account.i waited patiently till 14th infect till 16th as there were many government bank holidays etc in between that week. but still i dint receive my refund. then i called them again every alternate day to ask them what is the issue then every time i called them they gave me different answer that once they said there is some technical problem and once they said they are not able to get refund from me from oman air in first place. today its end of May and more than 2 months now, feeling so helpless not even earning myself, i just completed my final exams and in between all this so much tension, i still haven’t

I just want my refund back (Rs.14,000), its okay if they are deducting some charges like rs 500 to rs 1000 but at least give me back how much ever possible. this is not fair. im feeling very helpless. no body to help me recover my money.
