It has been almost a month i have submitted my micromax handset at the authorized service center as it touch screen n speaker was giving problem. Till date they hav’nt resolve my complaint.

I want that a strict judicial action must be taken against the service department of the company including the h.r department who have recruited such dumb people on to the job who can neither help us nor can they give any satisfactory reply. They are fooling their customers as it is a durable good and after sale service being the poorest effects the economic and mental condition of the customer.
