I booked a ticket with PNR LNJFIQ for Dharmendra Parmar. Journey Date: 07-Aug-2016 Jaipur to Bhopal. When I booked ticket, timings were 7:20 AM jaipur to delhi and 9:40 delhi to bhopal. Then after few days I got mail from Jet airways that delhi to bhopal flight has been rescheduled to 5:20 evening. So I changed my morning flight from Jaipur at 14:00. Still this schedule will not work for me and I wanted to cancel my ticket. But customer representative is saying that I will get only tax amounts and rest of the amount is not refundable because I have rescheduled flights. I am not convinced of this because only due to reschedule of flight by jet airways my whole plan got failed. Still as per their logic, if we see, I have only rescheduled my jaipur to delhi flight. Delhi to bhopal has been rescheduled by Jet Airways only. So at least I should get full refund of Delhi to Bhopal flight.
