I ordered a Gionee P5 MINI Black Dual Sim Phone from FABLEDEAL.COM on 01/07/16 for Rs. 4538/- with order id 15505 with online payment done. On 12/07/16 FABLEDEAL.COM itself without my consent cancelled the order 15505, gave reason when inquired due to ordered item being out of stock. the same i.e. on 12/07/16 I requested for refund of Rs. 4538 on toll free no.

later I mailed the request on refunds@fabledeal.com. And today is 08/08/16 I have not received refund of my payment after numbers of mails and phone calls requests. Most of time toll free no went unanswered, mails un-replied and no response on chat, once in a while if somebody respond used to give next date for refund. In this way I have been harassed since 12/07/16 and without any assurance of my refund of Rs. 4538.

Economic damage of Rs. 4538 as is the amount paid for the order. The Rs. 4538 need to be refunded by FABLEDEAL.COM as they by themselves cancelled my order with order id 15505.
