I Purchased a kitchen chimney which was delivered on Cash on delivery, ut after delivery no assistance provided for installation. On asking to customer care of Snapdeal, they given contact no of company (KAFF) after 3 days of delivery. But now KAFF the ithen chimney manufacturer or distributor asking for additional installation charge which was not informed at the time of purchase . This is responsibility of snapdeal to provide service for installation free of cost. This is a short of cheating done by snapdeal from their part, where they never inform reg installation charges, after delivery they ask for additional payment & harass customer.

I want the installation of product free of cost within next 48 hours else I will file a police complaint for cheating a consumer.
