My son ordered a blackberry z10 mobile at SHOPCLUES and remitted the amount through online for Rs-12798/- on 08/09/14, but they are not delivered product. we several time requested to that company to refund our cash, unfortunately they are not willing to refund, every day we called but customer executive don’t connect phone to higher officials. their reply is same ” we will try our best level sir’ , we are very upset and we cant buy a mobile from another company. Shopclues dont give physical order to delivery company. there is no products in stocks, they are cheating people’s hard earned money.please take necessary steps against shopclues as early as possible.

I need our cash and compensation for we are suffered mentally.
